1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TETO Pay, a digital wallet and payment platform operated by TETO Pay ("TETO", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any TETO Pay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

TETO Pay is not a bank, not a licensed financial institution, and does not provide banking services. TETO Pay provides:

• Digital wallet services
• Crypto-related services
• Virtual card access via third-party providers
• Loyalty, rewards, and promotional features
• Merchant payment facilitation through third-party partners

Funds held in TETO Pay are not bank deposits, not insured, and not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident or citizen of any sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction
• Successfully complete identity verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration & KYC

To use TETO Pay, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
• Update your information if it changes

We may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to comply may result in:

• Account suspension
• Transaction restrictions
• Permanent account closure

5. Prohibited Jurisdictions & Sanctions

TETO Pay does not provide services to users located in, residing in, or connected to sanctioned countries, including but not limited to:

• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Cuba
• Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
• Any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN, UK)

You represent and warrant that you are not subject to sanctions and are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Compliance

TETO Pay complies with applicable AML, CTF, and sanctions regulations. We may:

• Monitor transactions
• Request source-of-funds information
• Delay, block, or reverse transactions
• Report suspicious activity to authorities where required

You acknowledge that:

• Transactions may be delayed or frozen for compliance review
• We are not liable for losses arising from compliance actions

7. Wallet & Crypto Services

TETO Pay allows users to:

• Deposit supported cryptocurrencies
• Convert crypto internally for payment functionality
• Withdraw crypto subject to fees and limits

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses.

8. Virtual Cards

Virtual cards are provided through third-party card issuers. TETO Pay:

• Does not issue cards directly
• Is not responsible for card network availability
• May suspend or terminate card access without notice for risk or compliance reasons

9. Loyalty, Points & Rewards

Points and rewards:

• Are promotional only
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable and non-withdrawable
• May expire or be revoked

TETO Pay may modify or discontinue loyalty programs at any time.

10. Fees

All applicable fees are disclosed within the platform. We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice where required.

11. Merchant Services

Merchants using TETO Pay:

• Act as independent entities
• Are subject to additional KYB and compliance checks
• May have settlements delayed or withheld due to risk, chargebacks, or compliance reviews

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited or illegal activity
• We detect risk, fraud, or compliance concerns

Upon termination:

• Access to services may be revoked
• Remaining balances may be frozen pending investigation

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TETO Pay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Use of the platform is at your own risk

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TETO Pay constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TETO Pay is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
